Gold factory ERP, 70 screens on Postgres
A gold jewellery manufacturer ran its metal on paper slips, and needed software where the weight arithmetic cannot drift.
Figures in the screenshots are practice data.

What they needed
Gold leaves a central desk, moves through casting, filing, polish and repair, and comes back lighter. The difference has to be explained rather than guessed, and the day closes only when every gram is accounted for.
What we built
A configurable ERP on Postgres where derived weights are generated columns, computed in the database and never in the screens, and the ledger is append only. A React screen set covers planning, the metal ledger, inventory, subcontracting, refining, quality, dispatch, returns, purchase and reports.
Result
70 of 70 registered application screens built, checked file by file in the repository. 189 screen designs published for the client to review before build. Running on a permanent database with real movements posted since 21 August.
Measured result
- 70of 70 planned screens built, each one checked in the code
- 189screen designs published before the build
- 17rules written into the database so bad entries cannot be saved
