How we deliver
Websites and apps are delivered digitally. We first send a preview link so you can review the work. Once you approve it, and the one time fee is paid, we publish the site on your own domain and email you the go live confirmation. For Shopify work we make the changes inside your store and tell you when they are live.
Delivery timelines
- Website design and build: first preview within 5 working days of receiving your content. Go live within 7 to 14 working days from your content and payment, depending on the number of pages and rounds of changes.
- Shopify and custom development: the dates in your written quote apply.
- Care plan: starts on the date of payment. Small change requests are answered within 2 working days.
Delivery dates are estimates. If one slips we tell you why and give a new date.
Delivery cost
There is no shipping or courier charge. The price you pay is the price in your quote, in US dollars for clients outside India.
International clients
We work remotely with clients in the United States and India. Delivery is the same everywhere. Meetings and support are held in India time, Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 18:00.
What you receive
The preview link, the live site, and written confirmation of the domain and hosting details. On request we hand over the site files and help move the domain.
If something is missing or late
Write to ashit@techontouch.in with your business name and invoice number. We reply within 2 working days.
